Training and Partner Success Part I: Onboarding

Becoming a partner of White Label Communications doesn’t have to be stressful! Every partner who signs up with White Label Communications will enter our Onboarding program.  This program is designed to help a partner hit the ground running. Our training and partner support team puts our partners first.

This is Part 1 of a 3 Part blog series highlighting White Label’s Onboarding and Training process for new Partner.

We strive to make our partners comfortable with every aspect of our platform from quoting, selling and post-sales support. The more comfortable you are with our platform, the easier it will be to support your customers. Taking a step back for a second, too often partners’ who are choosing Private Label providers overlook the importance of the onboarding and training process.

To accomplish our goal, we guide our partners through a series of initial training sessions, which will be detailed in a series of blog posts. After those training sessions, our training and support doesn’t stop for our partners, The partner will be assigned a partner advocate that will assist them throughout the lifetime of the partnership.

So, what does happen after a partner signs with White Label Communications?

PORTAL BUILD & SETUP

The new partner will start with having their reseller portal created. The reseller portal is the heartbeat of the partnership and will be how a partner quotes, deploys and service WLC’s solutions.

Once the reseller portal has been created, our onboarding manager will guide them along the set-up process.  The reseller portal is designed to allow a partner to customize their experience. The onboarding manager will instruct the partner on setting up preferences, branding the portal and other customizations.

White Label University will also be introduced to the partner, which provides a balance of online help articles, videos, and course materials.

The partner will also have the ability to customize their item catalog within our billing system. Our billing system provides the partner with the tools to sell and quote all their services, not just UCaaS, to their clients. This level of flexibility and customization allows the partner to set their own prices and their own margins.  As a partner you are not beholden to a vendor setting your commissions or margins. You can quote each individual client how they see fit. The onboarding manager will lead the partner through a thorough training of our platform’s back office.
