Avaya Partner Awards Honor Vox, ConvergeOne, AT&T, Optivor

Vox Network Solutions, ConvergeOne, AT&T and Optivor Technologies are the recipients of the latest Avaya partner awards.

Avaya U.S. Partner of the Year Awards celebrate leaders across eight categories. That includes an award presented for the primary U.S. Partner of the Year.

Vox Network Solutions

Avaya named Vox its U.S. Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year. It also took home the Midmarket Partner of the Year award. Vox achieved outstanding year-over-year sales while successfully launching the Avaya Cloud Office UCaaS calling offer. The Vox team demonstrated leadership with a consistent approach to optimizing business outcomes and delivering value to their clients, Avaya said.

ConvergeOne

Avaya named ConvergeOne its Avaya Cloud Office Partner of the Year, Avaya OneCloud Services Partner of the Year, OneCloud Public Cloud Partner of the Year and OneCloud Subscription Partner of the Year. More than 13,000 enterprise and midmarket customers count on ConvergeOne with cloud, collaboration, enterprise networking, data center and cybersecurity solutions to achieve business outcomes.

AT&T

Avaya named AT&T its Service Provider of the Year. It is one of Avaya’s largest partners and one of its fastest-growing cloud partners. Together, Avaya and AT&T focus on the migration of legacy technologies to Avaya’s next-generation solutions and platforms. That includes Avaya Cloud Office, which AT&T launched in 2020.

Optivor Technologies

Avaya named Optivor Technologies its Federal Service Partner of the Year. The solutions provider has been a long-term, strategic partner with Avaya in the federal government market. It has delivered consistent, top-tier results with a commitment to the Avaya brand and an aggressive approach to pursuing new business.

Dennis Kozak is Avaya’s senior vice president of global channel sales.
