We’re pleased to announce a new addition for our webphone: Attended Transfer functionality has been added alongside the existing Blind Transfer option! With these two transfer choices, webphone operators have greater call control, allowing for both quick transfers and personalized call introductions.

What’s the Difference?
- Blind Transfer: Instantly transfers a call to another party without speaking to them first.
- Attended Transfer: Allows the operator to speak with the intended recipient before completing the transfer, ensuring the call is properly introduced and setting expectations.
Why It Matters:
With Attended Transfer, users can:
- Provide a smoother caller experience by introducing calls before connecting.
- Verify availability of the intended recipient before transferring.
- Enhance professionalism, especially in customer service and sales environments.
