Reinvent Telecom just added three VoIP engineers and a partner success specialist for its white-label reseller partner program for UCaaS, collaboration, CCaaS and SIP trunking solutions.
Reinvent’s technical, sales and marketing professionals help partners with planning, launching and selling cloud communications. The company said the recent hires will strengthen those efforts as it continues to sign and onboard new resellers.
The VoIP engineers will be part of the network operations center (NOC) team, which provides provisioning and technical support to partners and their customers.
- Robert Pauls, VoIP engineer III, assisted Cincinnati Bell with several initiatives and worked for 10 years at Metaswitch Networks as a customer service engineer.
- Kevin Stalker, VoIP engineer II, has nearly 30 years of IT and telecommunications industry experience, and previously was a VoIP engineer at Red Rock Telecommunications.
- Jeff Cothrun, VoIP engineer I, has many years of experience in VoIP and SIP, VoIP LAN/WAN implementation, testing and troubleshooting, as well as customer service. He previously spent 10 years as a senior technical support specialist at Mitel.
- Jessica Glass, partner success specialist, spent three years as a customer care manager for CloudNet Group, a Reinvent reseller. Her role is to support partners with quotes, applications, demos and sales orders.
In addition, Reinvent also has promoted David Ansehl to director of wholesale channel and Julia Dengate to VoIP sales engineer. Ansehl previously was senior channel manager and Dengate was VoIP engineer.
“These highly experienced professionals will round out our engineering and partner support teams to help us continue to deliver unmatched support to our reseller partners even as we grow,” said Ray Napoletano, Reinvent’s vice president of sales. “We’re thrilled to have them on board and we will continue adding personnel to keep pace with the accelerated growth of our wholesale private-label UCaaS partner program.”
