Bill McClain, aka Phone Bill, began his career in networking over 34 years ago. Since then, Bill has created and grown two successful IT based businesses, Networking Solutions and StratusDial.

Aside from his professional achievements, Bill is known for his strong interpersonal skills and his ability to build strong, long-lasting connections. His genuine passion for empowering and supporting businesses has made him a sought-after mentor and coach within his organization and the industry.

Bill lives in Virginia with his wife and three children.

Thomas began his telecommunications career in the late 90's as an operations manager for SBC running analytics and process management for SBC and Pacific Bell call centers. Today He oversees operations for Landstar Telecom providing services in the K12, Public, Private and Government sectors.

Besides growing up in and managing a family run grocery store and restaurant, Andrea’s 40+ years of telephony experience has equipped her with the skill set
and knowledge base needed to help build the CVA.. Having thrived in both the public and private telecommunications space, Andrea brings her passion for connecting business and customers to the CVA
